ARKA responds to the increasing demands of the global market, studying and manufacturing noticeable and emphatic architectural forms, as a result of the inseparable connection between design process, static solution, as well as the industrial production.

The ingenious compositions of the tensile membrane constructions producing high aesthetic authentic forms, aiming of the most imaginative idea and its functional result.

We study tensile structure solutions that encourage architects to design interactive and hybrid buildings, aiming to reach their maximum energy efficiency.

More specifically, choosing tensile membranes for the creation of shelters to cover large areas significantly reduces the number of required steel infrastructures.  As a result, this maximises the requirements of our design and at the same time, it makes the study highly efficient and immediately applicable, ensuring a speedy

implementation.This complex process makes the application much more efficient in terms of energy, compared to the corresponding conventional constructions.

The final study with sustainability criteria greatly reduces the energy footprint of the architectural proposal by up to 60%.

The ecological approach of the aforementioned membranes, in relation to the energy behavior of their main and sub-components, both integrate the tensile roofs in the bioclimatic architecture, projecting modern proposals which are fully harmonized with the standards of environmental sensitivity.

Lightweight tensile structures have a life span of over thirty (30) years, providing lasting quality and safety.
